Kim Kruse, partner

I have an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School (1992), specializing in Strategic Planning, International Economics, Marketing Planning and Communication.

Over the past fifteen years, I have developed extensive management experience in private and public production companies, research and knowledge-intensive companies and design promotion companies. Throughout my career, I have been involved in managing, developing and optimizing administrative routines in economics, HR and IT. In addition, I have extensive project management experience from a wide range of projects.

I have many years of hands-on experience with preparing budgets, budget audits and quarterly and annual reports in compliance with Danish accounting standards as well as international IAS/IFRS II accounting standards. I also have considerable experience with reporting to management and executive boards and drawing up HR and IT policies and strategies.

On a personal level, I am loyal, reliable and flexible and keep a cool head under pressure. I am empathic, extrovert and cooperation-minded. On a professional level, I am result-oriented and decisive with a strong analytical sense. I have a keen ability to grasp the big picture based on complex information, and I am structured in my work approach with a flair for objective prioritizing and distinctions. I motivate and delegate, respecting and engaging others’ skills in order to arrive at optimal solutions and achieving the target on time.
